Your Boards page shows you an overview of all boards that you have created or been invited to. As a pro user, this page will also show you all of your projects that you are involved in.
Hover over any board tile and you will be able to access more options: Share board, Updates and Approval, Export files, Board settings, and Access settings. You will also be able to see board activity alerts when the bell symbol is showing.
Create a New Board
You can easily create new boards in the Boards page by clicking on the blue button in the top left, which will automatically open a new board.
Tip: you can also type app.conceptboard.com/new in a new tab to quickly bring up a brand new board!
As a professional user, you can create projects to organize and share your team boards more efficiently. See a list of your active projects in the left side panel and in your Boards page by selecting the Show Projects check box. You can also create a new project by clicking on the ‘Create a project’ icon, in the left hand panel.
Filtering your Boards
Instead of looking through all of your boards and projects to find a specific board that you want, you can type keywords in the search bar. This will give you a narrowed down list of possible boards that you are searching for.
The search looks through all comments and text added to a board, as well as, board titles when searching. To further restrict your search, click on the Show Project check box.
You can also sort your boards and projects into 3 categories by choosing one of the following from the drop down menu:
- All: all boards you can access
- Owned by me: all boards you have created
- Shared with me: all boards that have been shared with you
Click on any of these three and your boards will automatically be narrowed down. These are great options to organize your boards and find what you are looking for quickly.
Viewing your Boards
You can view your boards and projects in various ways. Click on the drop down menu in the top right and choose between viewing your boards by last modified or in alphabetical order. With those two options, you can then view your boards as a list or as tiles.
