Image Relay Integration

You can now insert and review large quantities of images in your boards via our integration with Image Relay, a leading cloud-based digital asset management platform.

This integration is available on the Enterprise and Team plans to help centralize discussions and feedback to speed-up the delivery of content and projects. Insert your Image Relay folders easily in all your boards in Conceptboard.

Getting Started

Log into your Image Relay account and choose which folder you would like to insert into Conceptboard. If you do not have an Image Relay account, you will first need to create one.

How to Import Image Relay Folders into Conceptboard

Hover over the Image Relay folder that you want to insert and click on its drop down menu, then choose ‘Share Folder’. This will get you access to the folder link that will then be shared in your board. 

 

Once the ‘Get Folder Link’ dialogue box opens, type in the purpose for sharing this folder and add a ‘Link Expiration’ date if desired. Then, click on the ‘Get Link’ button.

 

You can import the link 2 different ways into your Conceptboard.

Option 1: Copy and paste link into insert dialogue

Highlight the entire link from the 'Folder Link' dialogue, then click on 'Copy Link'. In Conceptboard, go to your 'Insert' tab and click on the 'Import from Image Relay' button. Once the dialogue box opens, paste the link and choose 'Import'. 

Note: Copying and pasting the link in your Clipboard will not work to insert the folder in your board. 

 

Option 2: Drag an drop link into board

Highlight the entire link from the 'Folder Link' dialogue, then click the link and drag it directly into a board in Conceptboard.

 

Supported image file types will be imported into Conceptboard. Imported images have a maximum width or length of 2400 px. Please note, you can insert up to 100 supported file types from Image Relay into Conceptboard at a time. 

All images will be automatically included in your board outline, using the same titles from ImageRelay. 

How to Import a Single File into Conceptboard

If you would like to insert a supported file type, such as PDF or doc, into your board in Conceptboard, you will need to get the file's quick link.

Hover over the preview of the file in Image Relay and select 'Details' to bring up more options.

 

When more details comes up, then click on 'Share' and choose 'Quick Link'. 

 

Once the ‘Get Link’ dialogue box opens, type in the purpose for sharing this image and add a ‘Link Expiration’ date if desired.

Choose 'Instant Download' and click on 'Get Link'. Note, the import of the single file will not work if 'Instant Download' is not selected!

You can import the link 2 different ways into your Conceptboard.

Option 1: Copy and paste link into insert dialogue

Highlight the entire link from the 'Link' dialogue, then click on 'Copy Link'. Go to your 'Insert' tab in your board, and click on the 'Import from Image Relay' button. Once the dialogue box opens, paste the link and choose 'Import'. 

Note: Copying and pasting the link in your Clipboard will not work to insert a file in your board. 

 

Option 2: Drag an drop link into board

Highlight the entire link from the 'Folder Link' dialogue, click and drag the link directly into a board in Conceptboard.

 

The image will automatically be included in your board outline, using the same title from ImageRelay.
