To improve board classification, you can add tags to your Conceptboard boards. Tags can be created from the three-dot Settings menu on the boards overview page and from inside a project.
Board tags:
- categorise boards by status or track progress: “done”, “work in progress”, “review needed”, or “final version”;
- classify boards by sensitivity or access level: “confidential”, “internal”, or “public”;
- organise boards by team or department: “marketing”, “design”, or “hr”;
- label boards by project or topic: “project a,” “budget review”, or “client x.”
