File Picker

You can find all your files in one place. The file picker creates a one pitstop solution for all file uploads including local files as well as cloud storage services. All files are scanned with the Anti-Virus scanner before being uploaded.

Where to Start?

1. Open the Insert menu (or press I) and select the Files icon
2. The file picker menu will open in a pop-up window
3. Select your file location to upload from in the left-hand scroll of the menu

Upload files from your device

This option allows you to upload your local files using a drag-and-drop or a standard file upload method

1. Select as many files as you want from your local storage
2. Selected files will appear in the right-hand field of the pop-up window. At this point the files are not uploaded yet, they are only selected to appear in the file picker.
3. You can now choose to upload more files or proceed to import the selection into the board and click "Insert files"
4. All chosen files can be shown in a grid or listing presentation
5. All selected files will be scanned for viruses
6. Infected files are quarantined and can’t be accessed or uploaded
7. Safe file are uploaded into the board one by one

Upload files from your cloud storage

This option allows you to upload files via our available cloud service integrations

1. At first, you will be prompted to log in into your cloud service account
2. Select files from your cloud storage of choice
3. Selected files will appear in the right-hand field of the pop-up window. At this point the files are not uploaded yet, they are only selected to appear in the file picker
4. You can now choose to upload more files or proceed to import the selection into the board and click "Insert files"
5. All selected files can be shown in a grid or listing presentation
6. All selected files will be scanned for viruses
7. Infected files are quarantined and can’t be accessed or uploaded
8. Safe file are uploaded into the board one by one 

How to Close File Picker?

• The file picker menu closes automatically once all files are inserted
• The file picker disappears if you click anywhere on the board outside of the pop-up window
• The file picker can be shut directly via "Cancel" and "X"
