Please contact your Account Manager or send an email to support@conceptboard.com with your Leitweg-ID number.

I can't find the link to the Invoice History. How can I have access to my invoices?

The link to the Invoice history section is only available to Team Admins of Enterprise Accounts. Premium and Business accounts haven't been migrated to the Conceptboard Store yet and are planned for the end of the 1st quarter of 2023.

Why are some invoices missing in the invoice History?

The Conceptboard Store was released in January 2023. All invoices prior to that date are not going to be available in the store. If you need a copy of an invoice that was created before January 2023, please contact your Account Manager or support@conceptboard.com

How can I request an invoice correction?

If you find something wrong in an invoice, please contact your Account Manager or support@conceptboard.com and request the required corrections.
