How to Access a Shared Board in Spaces
When Conceptboard is installed in Spaces, it is visible to all members within that Space. If you do not own the Space, clicking on the app will load Conceptboard's login page.
You may have immediate access to the board as a guest, or you might need to sign in and be a team member to view or edit the board, depending on the board's access settings.
As the owner you can change these access settings.
The settings for team roles are the same ones you have set on Conceptboard (team members and third party users).
Default settings for new users
-
Board access - Non-team members can be invited to all boards
-
Permission - Anyone with link can access
-
Default role - Reviewer
To learn more check Sharing board & Board Access Roles articles.
If the board is open to everyone, you can either sign in with your account or log in as a Guest to access it.
If the board is restricted to team members only, you must be a member of that team and log in with your team account to gain access.
