Adding Text via Text Tool
The most straightforward way to add text to a board is through the text tool. You can see this tool as a [T] sign in the toolbar. By simply selecting this tool and marking the text field on the board, you can easily start typing.
Adding Text to a Sticky Note
Another convenient way to use text on the board is to write it on a Sticky Note. Just as the text tool, Sticky Note sign can be found in the toolbar. Treading the path already walked, you'd need to select the token from the toolbar and create a Sticky Note on the board. You can now start typing.
Adding Text to a Shape
Shapes can also hold text. After selecting the tool in the toolbar, you can add text to a shape by simply double-clicking on the shape and inserting your text.
Adding Text to an Icon
Icon library can be accessed via the [+] Sidebar. Click the plus [+] sign in the upper left corner of the board, then "insert Icon".
Here you can find a library of over 8600 Icons. You can look through the 18 available Icon packs and 4 different Icon styles or use the search bar. To insert an Icon, simply drag & drop it onto an empty area of the board.
You can now add text to the Icons by double-clicking on the Icon or pressing enter while the item is selected.
